Shipping and freight information:
- We ship to the 48 states free of charge.
- Bulk Lollipops and Lollipop gifts that are two pounds or more are shipped FedEx ground.
- Lollipop gifts less than two pounds are shipped FedEx ground or USPS priority mail.
- Samples are shipped USPS first class.
- Sorry, international shipping is not yet available.
- Orders are usually shipped same day, but always within 24 hours of our receipt of your order. Our warehouse in Canton MA ships daily Monday through Friday except on United States holidays. Orders placed after normal business hours or on the weekend will be processed the following business day.
- We offer rush shipping for all products. Please see the Delivery time Page and make your selection in the shopping cart.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico customers must use FedEx or USPS parcel post. Please call for shipping costs.
- FedEx ground packages delivered to residential addresses are delivered on saturdays. FedEx charges an additional fee for all other Saturday deliverys. USPS Priority mail is delivered in 2-3 days to the 48 states however an exact delivery date is not guaranteed.
- TAX: We do not charge tax on candy.
Payment policy:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, orders through our secure online ordering system. Please call us if your are a business and would like to establish an account.
Return policy:
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase!
You can return unused products within 10 days of receipt (as verified by order tracking) for any reasons and we will refund your money, except for Shipping charges. Returned products must be unopened and in new condition.
Candy Creek Inc is not responsible for the cost of shipping back to our warehouse unless the product was defective or was not what you ordered.
